At Chubby'z, we pride ourselves on the uniqueness and quality of our merchandise. Each product is printed on demand, which means that we create your item specifically for you once you place an order. This approach helps us ensure product quality and environmental responsibility by reducing waste.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, we understand that issues may arise. Here’s how we can help:
- Damages and Manufacturing Errors: If your product is damaged or if there's a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@chubbyz.club. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order number in your communication.
- Return Process: To manage a return for a damaged or erroneous product, please email us at hello@chubbyz.club. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-Returnable Items Please note, we cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products like special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care goods such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For our customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
